Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) Lead Auditors
OBJECTIVES
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of Food Safety Management Systems as per FSSC 22000 requirements, in accordance with ISO 19011 or ISO 17021, as applicable. All references in this document to ISO standards are to the current versions unless stated otherwise. Delegates who successfully complete this CQI and IRCA Certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Training course (within three years prior to applying to become a certified auditor) will satisfy the training requirements for initial certification as a CQI-IRCA Certified FSSC auditor.
